'"In your anger do not sin":
Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,
and do not give the devil a foothold.'
Eph 4:26-27
Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,
and do not give the devil a foothold.'
Eph 4:26-27
The solution given to us seems quite simplistic...
"Submit yourselves, then, to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
James 4:7
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
James 4:7
"Be self-controlled and alert.
Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings." 1 Peter 5:8-9
Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings." 1 Peter 5:8-9
"in order that Satan might not outwit us.
For we are not unaware of his schemes."
2 Cor 2:11
For we are not unaware of his schemes."
2 Cor 2:11
Not only are we aware of the schemes that the evil one has, but we have victory over them by Jesus' authority, and a promise that God himself will not allow us to be harmed! Wow!
'He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions
and to overcome all the power of the enemy;
nothing will harm you.'
Luke 10:18-19
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions
and to overcome all the power of the enemy;
nothing will harm you.'
Luke 10:18-19
